FSA To Streamline Money Laundering Rules (Compliance Reporter)
The U.K. Financial Services Authority has confirmed in a policy statement that it will press ahead with streamlining its anti-money laundering requirements for firms. The initiative is part of the FSA's drive to simplify its Handbook and remove rules and guidance that are no longer needed.
